Tropical Smoothie Bowl – Super Healthy Kids

A thick sweet delicious tropical smoothie base with fresh fruit and crunchy granola on top.

Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain plain
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1 cup cantaloupe cubes frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey

Toppings

  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 3 each strawberries sliced
  • 1 each kiwi sliced
  • 2 each grapes
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Blend Greek yogurt, pineapple, cantaloupe and honey together. Pour into two bowls.

  • Arrange sliced fruit on the top of each bowl and add a grape into the center.

  • Sprinkle with granola. Enjoy!
